Elite Rugby Scholars are proud to announce a recent partnership with Rakavii - The Premier Rugby Organisation in Western New York.
Rakavii are working along side Elite Rugby Scholars to assist in the recruitment of players from various places around the world. Co-Founder Tui Osborne has close ties with the Pacific Islands and Australasia. As well as those areas Rakavii will help us engage with talented rugby playing students in South-East Asia who are dedicated to attending American Universities and continuing in their rugby development.
As well as founder of Rakavii, Coach Osborne also runs the the varsity men's rugby program at St Bonaventure University in up-state New York.
